Fitness Friday # 5

Another week has gone by and every week I don't know where the week has gone.
This week a felt like I was at work a lot, but it was all fun stuff so that was nice. I also noticed that I am starting to see results which has motivated me to stay focused, though I didn't get in as many workouts as I would have liked, I did fairly well with not over eating while tired or on the go. I have found that not trying to plan my workout days in advance is helpful too. Some days I just want to run and others I want to box or strength train, all of those are good choices so I shouldn't feel bad for not running a 5K when I spent 35 min boxing and doing squats.

I have realized that focusing on the positives help me to not lose my momentum. Through blogging about not just this, but about everything, I have realized that life is not a straight line without hills, but quite the opposite. Life is winding roads, wide valleys, startling mountains and scenic routes, all to be enjoyed, taken in and learned from. Realizing this has aloud me to not get gutted about small hiccups, instead I am taking each day as it comes. 

Some days life is busy and overwhelming, sometimes it is just what you expected it to be, the key, I've found is learning the difference between the days that you have controll over (as much as one ever can) and the ones you don't and knowing that it's okay either way.
