The last two weeks I've been focusing on mixing up my workout routine. I danced, I jogged
and this I remembered a DVD set I used to love. I pulled it out of my drawer and popped it in. I brought my balance ball out to the living room along with my 8lb. weights and got to work. I forgot how much I used to like strength training. Gunner Peterson is a celebrity personal trainer. He trains Angelina Jolie and the Kardashians and we all know about their booties. Just the 25 minute core workout had me sweating. I forgot that this "core" workout hits all the muscle groups, not just your core; it works legs, arms, core, back and booty. There's a reason this guy trains the stars, he's good at what he does and he understands that strong is beautiful. I was able to find it on Amazon here if you want to try it for yourself. This was a workout that I used to do after my car accident when I got out of intense physical therapy and was aloud to workout again. It helped strengthen my muscles and lesson my back problems. This last week I took a little makeup break and did this workout on my days off and it was great.
