Reviewed: Too Faced Blushing Bronzer

Oh, Too Faced! How you do understand adorable packaging don't you! I saw this blush/bronzer
and just new I wanted it. Needed it? I didn't have anything like it in my freelance kit and I am doing a wedding party soon. Does that count? This product launched before Valentine's Day as part of their Spring 2015 line. There are two and both are most cleverly named after two of TV's most iconic, modern couples; Ross & Rachel and Carrie & Big, hence the name Soul Mates Blushing Bronzer
Too Faced says Blush and Bronzer are a power couple of beauty. And Bronzer is a big part of the band's claim to fame, with the company making 8 in total year round. This limited edition bronzer comes in two shades. Carrie & Big is the light-medium shade with an apricot blush. Ross & Rachel, believe it or not, is the deeper shade, medium-dark with a bright pink blush. You can swirl them together or bronze the whole face and pop the blush on the apples of your cheeks for a romantic glow.

Over all I really like this blush and bronzer. I wouldn't say it's medium to dark though. I'm the shade Deauville in Nars Sheer Glow and that is three shades in from the fairest shade and this supposed medium-dark bronzer looks fine. To be honest when swatched in store I saw little difference at all. I am quite fair and this works for me. I'd say even a medium skin tone could wear this shade, beyond that I don't know if it would do too much. I also wish the blush was just a bit larger as most blush brushes are much bigger than the heart of blush. All around I like this a lot. Is it holy grail? No. But I do really enjoy it.

PS. If you like the eye look keep a look out for what palette I used! ;)
