Reviewed: MAC Cinderella

Every little girls dream came true recently when MAC and Disney teamed up to release a Cinderella
inspired makeup line to go along with the new Disney movie. I went to MAC and a great deal of the line was sold out but there were a few things left. I decided to go with the Cinderella Fluidline in Macroviolet and the Cinderella Beauty Powder in Mystery Princess.
The Packaging: This is everything I could have hoped for and more. With the light blue and pearlized lavender sheen and yellow gold rim and font.

The Powder: The beauty powder is not super mattifying but does add a nice finishing touch that adds a glow to the skin with a little bit of glimmer running through it. I used this at a wedding recently for the flower girl and junior bridesmaid who wanted to get in on the makeup fun. The looks on their faces when they saw the Cinderella makeup was adorable. I like to dust this on over a light coverage foundation for a glowing finish.

The Fluidline: I was very pleased with this and now I really would love to get some more fluidline gel liners from MAC. I am interested to see how this product holds up against Nevada's dry weather conditions compared to the Bobby Brown Gel liners over time. (I'm sure there's a post in there somewhere.) I was very impressed with how smooth the formula is and am incredibly happy with the purchase!

Over All: I think the liner in 100% worth it! The powder is a bit more "just-for-fun" and not necessary, but still a great bit of joy to own in my collection.

I hope this has been a fun read and that is gives you some insight into the Cinderella Collection.
