I don't often talk about polishes on here unless I can't get enough of them. This is one of the shades
and formulas. Sorry for the not perfect application, I was in a smidge of a rush but I just had to tell you guys about it. Meet Evelyn, one of Marc Jacobs' many fabulous shades. I have painted and re-painted my nails with this color since getting it. It somehow has a color that works for spring and yet has a winter quality to it. I have trouble with a lot of pastel, spring tones. They just don't suit me as much.
The formula is smooth, pigmented and dries quickly. I get nearly opaque color with one coat. I just do two for good measure.
The shade is described as an opaque smoky gray. I would say that there is a blue undertone to it as well.
This is one of my favorite formulas as it looks like a gel polish when applied and is so smooth. It last longer than most other polishes I own, keeping up with the Formula X polish by Sephora. The price is a higher but I feel the colors available are very different from most polishes available, thus setting them apart.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend and that your polish doesn't chip through any of the fun.
What is your favorite formula of polish? Have you tried this formula before? What did you think?
Tell me in the comments!!
