I think I have mentioned before that I am a sucker for a good case. By good of course I mean pretty.
I haven't gotten a new case since Christmas, which is much better than with my last phone. I have been more picky this time around. But a while back I saw the Case Mate Gold Leaf Karat Case while wondering the cell phone case aisle. It of course caught my eye. "Hello." I said to myself. But I walked away. It's been in the back of my mind for a few months and my Sonix case was starting look a little lack luster. Anyway, I got a gift card and here we are.
Details: This case is a fashionable number and for some reason I love a gold toned cell case. This is my third golden themed case spanning over two generations of iPhone. This one is a little extra special though. It has real 24K Gold Leaf inlaid into the acrylic case. This gives each case a unique pattern. It's quite glamorous. The case doesn't add too much bulk to my iPhone6. It has a rubberized frame that goes on first that makes the phone fit snugly into the acrylic case. The case has hard golden button covers that make pressing the buttons easy, which was not the case with my Kate Spade one.
Over all this case feeds my gold obsession and I love it! It was one of those things that I just kept thinking about. A cell case, to me, is as much of a fashion staple as a good purse; it goes everywhere with you and needs to be both functional and stylish.
What are your thoughts on phone cases? Is it all about protection or does style play a part? Tell me
