It's starting to be that magical time of year when when the berry tones and bold lips are in season.
I'm not sure they ever aren't, but now, now is the time to rock them...a lot. I, however, wanted to do a few different options as well.
Anastasia Beverly Hills: Liquid Lipsticks in Potion.
When a shade is as bold as this one is, you may want a formula that won't move. This is an amazing liquid lipstick formula with a great range of shades. Potion is one of my favorites. It's deep, maybe spooky and really interesting. Full review here.
Becca Cosmetics: Beach Tint in Watermelon
This is the coolest product. I love the idea that you can use this as a cheek tint as well. I adore a really natural look with a chunky sweater and a flushed cheek...and maybe a cup of tea. haha I just think that a chill in the air, along with a rosy tint on the lips and cheeks really looks fab. Full review here.
Nars Cosmetics: Audacious Lipstick in Geraldine
What is more autumnal than the color orange? Well I love this one 100%! This is a shade that gets a lot of love in the summer but I just love it in the shade, formula and packaging. I think this one is just fab to pair with anything from a natural look to a fun pin-up feel. Full review here.
Ellis Faas: Glazed Lips in L303 Sheer Berry
This is a pricey brand, but well worth the cash. The lip product packaging is some of my favorite out there. It's shaped like a bullet, because makeup is a woman's arsenal. This is a not-too-sticky, medium pigmentation gloss that wears beautifully. I think this is the ideal gloss for fall. I'm pretty sure I'm going to dash out one of these days and splurge on some more products from this range.
Urban Decay: Matte Revolution Lipstick in Bad Blood
This is a new baby in my collection and it is true love! I am obsessed with the formula. The pigmentation is gorgeous and the time of year is right now! Full review here.
MAC: Lustre Finish Lipstick in Syrup
This is a recent love of mine. This is one of those lipsticks to have on stand by in your purse, because it goes with everything! Smokey eyes, neutral eyes...everything!!! This is a great easy going shade, no mirror needed. Full review here.
I hope you liked this post and that is getting you in the mood for some Pumpkin Spice, some
falling leaves and a chill in the air. I know I am more than ready for it to be cold enough for a coat and gloves! What is your #1 lipstick for fall?
