Reviewed: UD - Gwen Stefani Lipstick

When Urban Decay announced they were teaming up with Gwen Stefani it seemed to only make
sense. Edgy, bad ass, fab makeup brand teaming up with an artist who could be described in the same way. Gwen has shown that you can be in a male dominated genre and not have to be one of the boys. Meet Firebird.
"We developed everything in the limited-edition UD | Gwen Stefani collection in close collaboration with Gwen. Wende and our product development team spent countless hours at Gwen’s house, talking makeup and working with her on every detail of the collection.

Gwen even directed the packaging design, which was inspired by her love of black-and-white graphic prints and antique gold accents. We created everything with Gwen, filling a void by developing all of the perfect shades she always wished she had in her collection. And with these products in your arsenal, you’ll have all the essentials to recreate her signature looks for yourself." - Urban Decay
What I think:
This is my kind of pink! This bold fuchsia comes in a cream formula, co-designed by Gwen to be her ideal texture. It's smooth, non-drying and pigmented! It goes on like a breeze and feels amazing. The wear time is pretty good, though it doesn't survive a burger. I would recommend lining your lips with either a clear liner like O-Zone or the matching liner, because this lipstick will bleed after about 2 to 3 hours. My lips didn't feel a bit dry and it's easy to reapply without needing to remove the whole lip and start over. I am loving this shade with fresh makeup and false lashes best, but I also think it's great with a smokey eye. I want to try another shade from this range before this limited edition range is gone.
