Five Lips For Fall

It’s just about that time of year, you know, when the leaves turn colors and the sweater
and vampy lips come out in full force. Autumn is nears upon us in the northern hemisphere and I could not be more ready! I’ve assembled the shades I reach for as soon as I see a leaf go from green to slightly less green. haha Yes, I can’t wait! Fall and Winter are my favorite seasons and I am so ready for my first Washington Autumn/Winter!

Here my top five…
1) Too Faced - Melted Matte: Liquified Matte Long Wear Lipstick in Drop Dead Red
This one is new to the line up for me but it was instant love. It’s a fab formula and I have a full review here. It’s a perfect shade to welcome autumn with open arms.

2) Charlotte Tilbury - Matte Revolution Lipstick in Bond Girl
This is by far the most comfortable matte formula lipstick out there. I can wear this for hours, reapply and never have my lips dry out. This pink toned brown pairs well with a smokey eye or a natural look. Perfect everyday shade!

3) Colour Pop - Lippie Stix Crème in Jonesing
This is a super affordable option and is a gorgeous deep raisin shade. It’s buttery and comfortable to wear and is still fairly pigmented. I think this is a great intro to deeper shades.

4) MAC Cosmetics - Lustre Lipstick in Syrup
This cult classic is so easy to wear it’s basically a balm. I can pop this one on without a mirror and know it looks good. When I run out of this it will be being repurchased.

5) Urban Decay - Matte Lipstick is Bad Blood (old packaging)
This is one of the prettiest reds I’ve ever owned. It’s a deep true red. It reminds me of the red lips at the beginning of True Blood. It’s a stunning shade that is deep enough that it looks great for fall.

Those have been the shades I’ve been loving! What shade have you been loving? Tell me

in the comments because I’ll probably want to swatch it! ;)
