Reviewed: Too Faced - Melted Matte Liquified Matte Long Wear Lipstick

I've been wanting to try the Too Faced -Melted Matte Liquified Matte Long Wear Lipsticks since
launched. All the shades are stunning and  I couldn't pick and ended up getting some other makeup, as we do. ;) Well, time went on long enough and on impulse on my lunch break at work I swung into the Sephora and a picked up the shade Drop Dead Red. It was a cold and rainy day here in Washington State and I decided it was time for my favorite kind of shades to come back into my life and what a perfect day.
The Packaging:
Both cute and sleek, the clear packaging is like candy to the eye. It showcases the shade inside and the soft matte gold finish adds a touch of luxury. The box gorgeous and has a matte finish as well.

The Applicator:
When it comes to liquid lipsticks this is beyond important. The applicator is a great curved shape for a clean application. This is my favorite wand other that the Jeffree Star wand which is truly one of a kind.

The Formula:
The formula is long wearing as it claims. I would rank the wear and finish up there with Kat Von D's formula quality, which is saying something since it's one of the best. The color is opaque and sets down quickly, but not so much so you can't work with the product.

The Color:
This shade is described as a deep mulberry and it is. If you're looking for a super vampy lip for this coming fall/winter then this may do the trick for you. I am in love with the shade.

The Wear:
It's both comfortable and beautiful. The wear time is really good and it doesn't start to crack or crumble for about 6-8 hours, which in my book is pretty impressive. It wears well through eating, though when I touched up it did get to feel a little heavier. It wasn't overly drying at all.

Over All:
I want more shades and I think that says it all. I have my eye on a couple nude shades I'll be picking up soon, so keep an eye out. I have to hand it to Too Faced this year, they have been killing it! I do not think these shades or formula have gotten enough press for how good they are.

What shade from the range catches your eye? Tell me and I may just pick it up and review it. Thanks
so much for sticking around while I sort out my schedule through my settling in process and being patient with me. I will hopefully have some looks up for you soon, my tripod just went missing in the move, so that's why there haven't been any.  I will not let fall go by without putting some looks up, promise!
